SCORE PREDICT: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES
1. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 The following definitions and rules of interpretation apply in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"):
(a) "Score Predict" means the service provided by Tog3ther Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Great Britain with company number 14405687 whose registered office is at Jamesons House, Compton Way, Witney, England, OX28 3AB.
(b) "Score Protocol" refers to the parent brand of Score Predict, both of which are owned and operated by Tog3ther Limited.
(c) "User", "you", or "your" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Score Predict service.
1.2 These Terms were last updated on 24 July 2024 and shall take effect from this date.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 By accessing or using Score Predict, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which shall constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tog3ther Limited.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Score Predict.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
3.1 To use Score Predict, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3.2 Tog3ther Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse registration or to terminate the account of any User without notice.
4. NATURE OF SERVICE
4.1 Score Predict is a predictive analytics and information service. It is expressly not a betting, gambling, or wagering product.
4.2 You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Score Predict does not offer any form of betting, gambling, or wagering services;
(b) Any predictions, analytics, or information provided by Score Predict are for informational and entertainment purposes only;
(c) Tog3ther Limited does not encourage or endorse the use of Score Predict's information for betting or gambling purposes;
(d) Tog3ther Limited shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using Score Predict's information for betting or gambling activities.
4.3 Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided by Score Predict, including but not limited to financial decisions or participation in any form of betting or gambling activities.
5. USER OBLIGATIONS
5.1 You hereby warrant and represent that:
(a) All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete;
(b) You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials;
(c) You will promptly notify Tog3ther Limited of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5.2 You agree not to:
(a) Use Score Predict for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable laws or regulations;
(b) Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
(c) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Score Predict or the servers or networks used to make Score Predict available.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All intellectual property rights in Score Predict and its content are owned by or licensed to Tog3ther Limited.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on Score Predict, except as incidental to normal use of the service.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:
(a) Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
7.2 Subject to clause 6.1, Tog3ther Limited shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity arising under or in connection with your use of Score Predict.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
8.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
8.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
BY USING SCORE PREDICT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
